To organize our warm ups during physical education lessons, Mr. Eric, our P.E teacher arranged some stations for us to go through during class. There are 4 different stations:
1. Burpees
2. Plank or Side Plank
3. Forward Lunge and Backward Lunge
4. Push Ups
This come as the result because of one major reason. The major cause of having warm up stations is because we aren't focused. Honestly, I am one of the students who gossip a lot through our whole class period. As a result of gossiping all period, we were forced to do warm up stations. This can help fix the problem because our teacher manages the time and our exercises. Whenever we stop, the clock stops which wastes a lot of time for games. I learned a small lesson from this and it's a motivation for me to work harder. Before, we were exercising freely for 12 minutes and now we are put into groups and work with our group members. Anyway, it was fun and it did benefit our warm up time:)
