In Health Class, we learned about " My Plate ". My Plate guides us for our diet. My plate tells us what we need to include in our diet in order to stay healthy. It's actually very important for us to care about our diet. Due to a bad diet, it can leads us to many diseases such as high cholesterol, diabetes,etc... Vegetables plays an important role in your diet. It helps you stay strong. Dairy products helps to keep your bones strong. Fruits and Grains contains lots of fiber and magnesium. How helpful do you think they are? Do you want to stay healthy? Then start your plan with a healthy diet!
