In Health, Mr. Eric is now teaching us how to become a strong player that is always full of energy. In order to reach our goals, we need to make our own everyday fitness goals that can guide us through out our journey. My classmates, my teacher, Miss Hannah, and myself all wrote down specific goals for ourselves. Here is my personal fitness goal:
Play outside Running Push-ups Core Sprint Squats Burpees Sit-ups Jump ropes | 20 mins 5 minute run 5 push-ups 1 minute plank 50 min 30 squats 10 burpees 50 sit-ups 40 jumps |
