2. Imagine/Plan
In my opinion, this step is very necessary because before constructing or building anything, we need to know what we are actually building. We were asked to draw and label what our catapult will look like when it's done. If we don't have a plan or a visual in our head about the catapult, we won't actually know what to do when we get to the step of prototyping. Moreover, this step also lets the teacher know that we actually understand how parts of catapults work and how to design our own catapult. We couldn't steal designs online because our materials didn't fit and so we had to spend some time thinking of designs. Imagining and planning is a very effective step that helps keeps us organized and prepared.
- In your opinion, why is this step necessary? Why shouldn't we just go straight to prototype?

- Provide a picture of one of the plans you made and describe why it did or did not work.
This plan didn't work because the parts in our catapult aren't stabled yet. It's still on its developing process. First of all, it's not tall enough to catapult over a chair from 2 squares away. The last problem that we are trying to solve is our clipper. Our clipper isn't strong enough to put the right amount of force onto the marshmallow.
